Rich's Guatemalan Cacao Ceremony

An absolutely beautiful start to the day!

One of our Tuesday morning meditation class members visited Guatemala a few weeks ago on his own personal spiritual pilgrimage, and brought back some ceremonial grade cacao for himself and to share with loved ones.

This morning the facilitator reigns were passed over to Rich as he guided us through a beautiful connective, heart-opening cacao ceremony to share some of the Medicine of Lake Atitlan in Skipton.

I love this little group and how organically this sharing and connection has come about. Thank you Rich!
