Our Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if you’ve had a change of heart, we understand. You can return any unwanted items bought through our online store within 14 days of purchase. To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the items are unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and labels.
While we aim to keep our prices competitive, we are currently unable to offer free returns. If you need to return an item, simply email us at bethan@rootsoftolos.com. We’ll guide you through our easy returns process.
Please pack your items securely to avoid any damage during transit, as you are responsible for the items until they reach us. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Returning a Faulty Product
We take great care in checking our products, but if you find a fault, please contact us at bethan@rootsoftolos.com as soon as possible. We may ask for a photo or video of the issue to help us resolve it quickly. If the problem can’t be fixed, and it's within 30 days of purchase, we’ll be happy to offer an exchange or a refund.
After 30 days, if a manufacturing fault is found, we will follow the Consumer Rights Act 2015 by either repairing or replacing the item.
Damaged Product on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, please let us know at bethan@rootsoftolos.com within 24 hours so we can assist you promptly.
