Immerse yourself in the beautiful aromas of essential oils during this relaxing evening of AromaAlchemy at Holistic House Skipton.
This wonderful evening of oil blending will give you hands-on experience into the world of essential oils and includes a relaxing meditation (led by Bethan, Roots of Tolos) to rest and reset before you start exploring essential oils.
The evening, led by Ruby, founder of award-winning Devaiya Oils, will cover information about how to get started with blending oils and essential oil safety.
You will explore a range of oils and learn how to create your own aromatherapy blends. You will learn how to blend oils for relaxation, stress relief and your overall well-being.
Ruby will guide you through the process, sharing knowledge and tips along the way. As you explore different oils you will become your very own AromaAlchemist! creating an oil blend for your own selfcare that you will take home with you.
This promises to be a relaxing, enjoyable and informative evening giving your the knowledge you need to get started with aromatherapy and oil blending.
